  • A membership for pharmacist guidance and clarification on medication questions—so you know the safest next step and what to ask your provider.

  • Go to Ask the Back Pocket Pharmacist and submit the form. Prefer the phone? Leave a voicemail and we’ll enter it for you.

  • Up to 3 questions per month. One question = one topic (best results, fastest answers).

  • Within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri). Weekends/holidays roll to the next business day.

  • Side effects, interactions (Rx/OTC/supplements), how to take a medication, missed doses, OTC choices for your conditions, and “what should I ask my doctor/pharmacist?”

  • Medication name + strength + how you take it, what it’s for, what changed recently, OTC/supplements, key conditions (kidney/liver/heart/diabetes), and your exact question.

  • No. I don’t prescribe or change meds. I provide education, guidance, and questions to take to your prescriber so you can make safe decisions.

  • Not as part of this membership. If you need coordination, that’s a separate service.

  • No. If you have severe symptoms (trouble breathing, chest pain, signs of stroke, severe allergic reaction), seek emergency care.

  • Yes you can. Use the file upload section of the Ask the Question form.

  • This membership is intended for one person/one household unless you’ve arranged a family add-on. If you want family coverage, contact us.

  • You can cancel anytime through your account/billing link. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
